Exchange and Returns policy

Exchange Policy: We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

But in case you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.

You can raise the exchange query with us via call or text on +91 9726769193 within 3 days of receiving the product. 

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order, so take your time and select carefully.
  • Garment customized in any way is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 
  • We only offer an exchange for domestic orders.
  • After a query has been raised, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.
  • Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) piece to you, which you shall receive within 7-10 working days.

 

Damaged / Defective/Wrong product received:

We do multiple quality checks, before dispatching the order but in case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product reaches you, kindly get in touch via WhatsApp at +91-9726769193  respectively with reference images within 48 hours of receiving the products. Your text should contain comprehensive details of your order. The team will certainly help you with the return of the order. And the correct order will be shipped to you.

 

REFUND:

We do not have a refund policy.

In case you are unhappy with the product quality or size, you will be required to raise an exchange query and follow the steps for exchanging the product as stated above.
