We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is Smooth, Satisfactory & Amazing. We hold immense pride in presenting exquisitely crafted Ethnic Wear, meticulously fashioned by highly skilled Karigars from various corners of India. It would be our utmost pleasure if return requests were made solely in instances where a defective, Wrong product and damaged product  is received.
Here are the guidelines for Exchanges and Returns:

Returns & Exchanges

No Questions asked. You don't like it; we'll take it back. Kindly place a Return/Exchange Request here. Please Contact our Customer Care team at jay@payal-houseoffashion.com immediately upon unpacking your Order. The Return request needs to be placed in 2 days after receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Requests are looked upon on every Tuesday and Friday. If your Return or Exchange Request isn't approved in 48 - 72 hours please contact us at (+91 82386 33644)

A fee of Rs 149 is levied for Returns and Exchanges, contributing to the facilitation of a seamless Return/Exchange Process. In case of a manufacturing defect, the return/exchange fee is waived off. 

Products offered at a discounted price can solely be exchanged under the circumstance of a manufacturing defect.

A reverse pick-up service will be coordinated within a timeframe of 3-4 business days. It is imperative that the product remains in an unused, unworn condition, retaining its original tags intact. Failure to comply with any of these stipulations will result in the non-entertainment of the return/exchange request.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
